Our Story

Our journey in Morocco began in 2017, coinciding with the rise of digital technologies across the African continent. Initially known as Nimbleways, we joined forces with Theodo, a dynamic startup studio, in late 2019. This collaboration, founded on shared values and a strong lean culture, fostered new synergies to create opportunities for learning, growth, and innovation. In 2024, Nimbleways was rebranded as Theodo, reflecting our evolving identity and international ambitions.

Today, Theodo has grown into a  global tech consultancy dedicated to helping organizations of all sizes build custom digital products that scale and enhance agility. Our approach is anchored in three core principles: leveraging recognized expertise across key technology domains, prioritizing business value in every project decision, and nurturing talented digital professionals through lean thinking practices.

With over 700 Theodoers serving clients in more than 10 countries, we are proud to count some of the largest companies in Africa, in many fields, including banking, retail and telecom.
