Design and implementation from scratch of a Web platform to allow data-driven decision making

World leader in the phosphate industry with more than 21,000 employees & more than 5 billions USD turnover. It has 30 subsidiaries and joint ventures.

- Top management needs granular and automatically processed information to make key decisions especially in complex areas like supply chain

Objective

Implement an Web based solution that helps management make strategic and tactical supply chain decisions based on processed data.

This solution will have tremendous impact on the company as it determines and regulates the production and sales flows.

Fully agile methodology project. We ran the project in one-week sprints with automated build, test and deployment pipeline.
